What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring a brand's story is shared across platforms (email, social, events, audio and video) and that we’re constantly improving an audience’s experiences through creative ideas and data-driven facts.
  • Translating the vision of a brand into executable plans and go-to-market strategies that meet a business need.
  • Continually seeking feedback and conducting competitor and client insight analyses to improve the brand and increase brand awareness and equity and ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Planning and executing communications and media actions on all digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Reporting back on the success of your campaigns, using data as a critical driver for your ideas, plans and correlated success.
  • Assisting with new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
  • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.

You’re equipped with:

  • Experience: You have 7+ years of experience successfully marketing brands. You can build and maintain brand integrity across digital and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Leadership: You've built, scaled and managed marketing teams and are eager to do the same at Tote + Pears. Leading by example, you can think big, dive in and help others be their best self.
  • Creativity: you’ll be the chief marketer for the T+P and our client's brands. You will bring your own creative ideas to the table and execute on a shared vision.
  • Strategic + Tactical: You’re a strategic thinker eager to get into the details. You’re able to create and execute your plans.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
